We understand that peoples’ lives change all the time that’s why we’ll help make the changes as easy as possible.

If you need to make changes to any of the following please contact us as soon as possible:

changes to your bank details

If your bank details have changed you will need to complete a new direct debit mandate and return it to us. Please ensure that you continue to make payments via your existing direct debit until we have confirmed that we have updated your details.

changes to your contact details

You can either phone us or you can send us a letter confirming what changes you would like to make. Please ensure you sign and date the letter.

change the date of your monthly payment

In most cases, we can change your monthly payment date. Please remember that any change to your Firstplus Loan Agreement needs our approval (normal terms, conditions and applicable fees will apply).
